This cartoon features Iowa State University President Gregory Geoffroy and ISU’s Religious Studies Professor, Hector Avalos. Both are incredulous that their campaign to slander, discredit and deny tenure to distinguished Astronomy Professor Guillermo Gonzalez and supporter of Intelligent Design could be construed as a “hostile work environment.” This cartoon was created in December 2007 and was posted at Discovery Institute's "Evolution News and Views" blog on December 15, 2007.

This cartoon was created for the Discovery Institute and posted at Evolution News & Views on November 13, 2007. It depicts PBS's false claim that the Discovery Institute scientists declined to be interviewed during the production of NOVA's documentary Judgment Day: Intelligent Design On Trial which aired on November 13, 2007.

This cartoon was posted on the "Evolution News & Views" blog on October 23, 2007 and depicts Dr. James Watson, co-discoverer of the DNA molecule, getting caught holding the "racism" bag not long after Watson himself was quoted saying that the African race does not possess as much intelligence as the caucasian race and that this is the result of Darwinian evolution.

I created this cartoon to illustrate the tactics of Naturalism with respect to gathering and interpreting evidence from biology. The 'chips' in the cartoon represent pieces of evidence. The interpretive device being operated by the scientist is comically elaborate and is required to divert the evidence from biology into the bucket that Naturalists have prescribed.
